Conditions for return

  1. The return of a product is accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of being received
  2. Before returning it, you should inform us by email at amba@satyanandamath.gr
  3. In order for the product in question to be accepted, it must be in its original packaging and include any gift that may have accompanied it. The retail receipt or sales invoice should accompany it. If the product was paid for by credit card or bank transfer, it is necessary for the return to show the original receipt from the bank terminal.
  4. We draw your attention to the fact that products that have been sealed in such a way by the manufacturing company so as to ensure the impossibility of being tampered with and thus altered, and are returned with the seal broken/opened will not be accepted for return.
  5. In the case where the product violates the terms of return, it will be returned to the customer who will bear the transport costs.
  6. In the event where the user-customer is repeatedly returning products and it appears that the right to return is being abused, the e-shop, according to their judgement, has the right to refuse any return, even if the previous conditions are met.

Returns process

  1. By the courier agency from which you received the parcel. In this case we would like you to accompany your return with a written statement of how you would like us to resolve the refund that arises once your return is approved by the sales department.
  2. If the return is attributed to the e-shop, the cost of the return will be borne by us and the money of the product can be returned or the product can be replaced by purchasing another product and resending the order. In the case where a credit card is used, the transaction will be cancelled and the credit card will be credited.

However, if the user – customer is responsible for the return, he/she will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.

All of the above may be modified or removed once the company posts the new terms on its website.
